It was founded in 2001 as a self-financing institute by the registered Trust of Raj Kumar Goel Educational Foundations.

The institute is recognized by The National Council of Teacher Education, Jaipur and is affiliated to CCS University, Meerut. The Institute conducts a fulltime B. Ed Programme of one-year duration, which is tailored to meet all possible requirements in Secondary/ Senior Secondary schools.
